Ralph graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Finance, and attended Cumberland School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctorate in 1984. Following law school, Ralph's 22 year legal career has included working with the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, serving as a trial lawyer and partner in a Birmingham litigation law firm, and working as an in-house counsel and officer of a Fortune 500 company, negotiating mergers and acquisitions across the United States.
In 2007, feeling a desire for vocational ministry, Ralph began serving for 15 years in an executive pastor position for a large Birmingham church where he had an opportunity to lead and minister to hundreds of individuals and families of all ages, After retiring from that role in 2022, he returned to the practice of law, hoping to use his personal life experiences, his insight from ministry, along with his legal training and experience, to counsel and assist families with their life planning needs.
