Nick Y. Shimoda, JD, LLM (Tax)

Nick is a founding partner of Shimoda Stewart, LLP and practices estate planning and elder law in Dothan, Alabama.

Nick began practicing law in 1993 after completing undergraduate studies at Auburn University and obtaining a law degree from the University of Alabama. Following law school, Nick operated a general practice law firm until he started working for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., in Bentonville, Arkansas as in house litigator. Nick obtained his Masters of Law in Taxation (LL.M) from the University of Alabama in 1999.
