

In 2022, Nick accepted a job as Executive Vice President, Deputy Asset Stewardship Counsel with The Signatry, a national Christian charitable giving organization. Nick will continue to serve Shimoda Stewart, LLP in a "of counsel" capacity especially in the area of charitable giving.
Nick began practicing law in 1993 after completing undergraduate studies at Auburn University and obtaining a law degree from the University of Alabama. Following law school, Nick operated a general practice law firm until he started working for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., in Bentonville, Arkansas as in house litigator. Nick obtained his Masters of Law in Taxation (LL.M) from the University of Alabama in 1999.
